As we do not have a physical storefront, all pickups are conducted using a cooler pickup system from a residential house located in the community of Legacy SE, Calgary, AB.

Pickup Hours:
- Monday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Friday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed

We recommend placing a pickup order at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day pickups, please order by 9 a.m. Orders placed later will be available for pickup starting 12 p.m. the following day (unless it is Sunday or a holiday).

Instructions:
1. After adding desired products to your cart, select "Pickup" and choose the most convenient date and time.
2. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the address and your pickup date and time.
3. Upon arrival for pickup, find a bag with your clearly labelled order inside a red cooler on the front porch of the house.
4. Please arrive during your scheduled 30-minute time slot to ensure a smooth and efficient pickup process.

Local deliveries are within Calgary city limits and, at this time, are made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
